Subscription Databases

    AccessMedicine is an online resource that provides access to electronic books and clinical information for students, physicians, and other health professionals.
  • AccessMedicine - Diagnosaurus  
    A differential diagnosis tool that allows you to search for differential diagnoses.
  • DynaMed Interactive Clinical Calculators  
    Navigate to the Calculators link located in the upper right hand corner of the homepage, between the Start and PDA Support links.
  • Lexi-Calc  
    Lexi-Comp Online provides point-of-care drug, clinical information and a clinical calculator called Lexi-Calc that Contains over 50 calculations addressing adult and pediatric dosing and infusion rates, organ function analysis, conversions and many others
  • Micromedex 2.0 Calculators  
    Micromedex 2.0 calculators are for use by Western University students, faculty and staff.
