Copyright Clearance Center
The Pumerantz Library will handle obtaining copyright permissions for articles or book chapters that may require multiple copies for use in the classroom. For more information contact the Library Director at (909) 469-5323.

Copyright Crash Course
The Copyright Crash Course provides copyright information and includes a tutorial that allows you to test your knowledge. Provided by the University of Texas at Austin.

Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA)
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is intended to update copyright law for the digital environment.  Main points include:  protection for Online Service Providers, prohibits the circumvention of technology used to protect copyrighted materials, and grants libraries permission to make up to three copies for replacement or preservation of an item under certain conditions.  (Crews, p. 93 & Russell, p. 87-88)
